Wiimms Mario Kart Fun 2013-10, the successor of Wiimms Mario Kart Fun 2013-09, is a Custom Track Distribution made by Wiimm. It is released as ISO Patcher. This ISO Patcher can also create a Riivolution setup.

This version is the first one based on the excellent work of Chadderz and MrBean35000vr. They have patched the MKWii main program to allow more than 32 tracks and added many new features.

2013-10-05, T1

• First public test version to test the distribution and the tracks.

2013-10-07, T2 (Second test version)

• Double tracks removed.
• New generic cup icons with cup index and the first 3 letters of the first track.
• Some new tracks.

2013-10-11, T3 (Third test version)

• Some tracks updated by Wiimm.
• 3 new tracks and some more updated tracks.
• 128 tracks total.
• First regular music assignments.

2013-10-18, T4 (Fourth test version)

• Some new tracks (user wishes) and some more updated tracks.
• 130 tracks total. 2 tracks will be removed in next version.

2013-10-24, v1 (release)

• Distribution released with 128 custom tracks.

2013-11-02, v2 (small and compatible update)

• Built-in warnings about using Grand Prix (save game may be corrupted).
• Built-in warnings about using Time Trials (save game may be corrupted).
• Built-in information about not working battle.
• Some updated tracks (minimap centring only).
• All updates allow, that user with v1 and v2 play online together.

Distribution Creation System

The distribution itself was made by a private Distribution Creation System made by Wiimm. The system does:

1. Read all tracks of a directory.
2. Builds an internal cup & track database.
   1. Tracks are sorted and distributed to the cups and a file name for the SZS file is calculated.
   2. Music and property IDs are assigned by reading a text data base or, if this fails, by finding keywords in the track name.
   3. The track name colors are calculated automatically.
   4. Some additional text files created, for example the track listings (text file and the track table below).
3. The cup icons with the first 3 characters of the first track names are generated.
4. SZS files are converted to WU8 with the internal file names.
5. The CT-CODE files are created and packed into SZS files.
6. BMG text files are generated for end user patching.
7. Title screen images are created for end user patching.
8. All stuff is combined with a prepared ISO-Patcher.
