Overview

Volcanic Pipeyard is a custom track created by ChaosShadow23. The track began development on March 28, 2013. The alpha of the track was released on April 2nd, 2013, and the RC1 was released on April 7th, 2013. RC2 will be released on April 9th, 2013.

The track features a series of pipes and metal road around a volcano (in RC1). The alpha of the track does not have the volcano; instead, lava surrounds the track. There are many elements of other custom tracks in this track, such as Pipe Underworld, Stronghold Castle, and Strobenz Desert. The alpha version of the track has an invisible road section with holes, like Strobenz Desert, but was removed in the RC1.

The beta of the track currently has two known problems: a lack of minimap and the sky texture cutting off in the middle of the track. These will be fixed for RC2, which will be released in a few days.

If any more problems are found, please contact ChaosShadow23 via skype (ChaosShadow23) with the problems.

ALPHA Race in Time Trials
Online Test #1 of BETA

In the online test video, items went through the floor like they do on Volcanic Skyway 3. This was because of the hight of the track; this is fixed in RC1, however.

Version History

The alpha version of the track was too glitchy to mass release, but the beta will be released. Stay tuned for the release.

Version Date of Release Information
Alpha 2013-04-02 First release. Track has many glitches, routes are not set, and map is scaled too large.
RC1 2013-04-07 Most glitches in alpha have been fixed. Lava around track is removed and replaced with a volcano.

Fall boundaries added. No minimap, and sky texture cuts off.

RC2 2013-04-09 Sky texture fixed and minimap added. Fire pillars added in the underground section. Better item routes and respawns.
