Updating tracks

Hi there, I recently noticed that you had updated my Lavaflow Volcano remake without my knowledge and consent.
I have recently been working on an update to fix said issue, and you should have asked me on Discord before doing so, because now this makes this update pretty pointless and I don't appreciate you editing my things without my knowledge.
Regardless of that, you should really be asking the authors before updating their tracks, as I'd rather know what people are doing with my stuff before anyone does anything with it, and I'm pretty sure that goes for many other authors.

My notes about this:

1. Adding the LEX file doesn't change any other aspects of the track than the expanse of the item range online. The normal user will not notice any modification. So it is not an alternative version, but a bug fix.
2. A LEX file is not necessary here. Centering the track around the origin will fix this bug too.

Blocking Users

Hey, I seen on the recent changes page that Sergio Gimenez Alcaraz was again blocked. He/she edited one page and created one prior to getting blocked. I just checked through the revisions of those two pages and I don't think those edits he/she did looked sufficient at all to warrant a block. The decision for you to block Sergio Gimenez Alcaraz this time has angered me and it's also left me to criticise the decision because the the decision to block is "manifestly excessive" and he/she did not deserve it at all for those two simple edits. -- Octanevinny (talk) 01:48, 4 November 2020 (UTC)

I didn't even know he was blocked, but I agree with Octanevinny. Blocking a person who doesn't know a lot about wiki editing doesn't deserve a ban, but requires help. The decision to block Sergio the first time was something I discussed a lot with Kanto, and we both agreed that he should've been blocked earlier the first time. The point of that block was for him to finally read the messages on his talk page about using the proper page format. Since his initial block ended, he had not made any changes in the way that he was creating pages. I never use WBZ Converter. I always just use Wiimms SZS Tools with the command:

wszst compress --szs FILENAME.wbz

Try replacing "Forsaken Mansion Beta (SpyKid) [r53]" for the designated file name with "*" instead. Using an asterisk can also allow you to convert multiple files at once. --KantoEpic (talk) 02:43, 15 January 2021 (UTC)

Because you're not doing it right. Do exactly what I said: go into the folder that has the file, type "cmd" into the Windows Explorer address bar, and it'll load command prompt set to run in that folder. Best ISO Man

Hi, I've noticed that on the CT Jam Discord Server you always make ISO patches and are regarded as the Best ISO Man. I'm here to ask you if you have written a program that lets you automatically create an ISO with LE-CODE from the various szs files. If you have, I think your program might be better than the scripts I included in my CT downloader, so I might wanna remove those and use your program as a dependency instead. Yes, I wrote a Python script that handles the building of a LE-CODE distribution. It takes tracks from a folder, parses their names, and sets up one of Wiimm's ISO Patchers to be used. I do plan to release at some point, however there are more things that I want to do with it before I release. I don't have a lot of time with school, so if I'm being honest I wouldn't expect to finish it until around June, however I do plan on releasing it to the public at some point, and I would be fine with you including it in your program. Uploading Kustom Mario Kart Wii Tracks to The Wiki Help Request

Would you mind helping me upload atleast 1/4 of the tracks? I know I was quick in uploading Mario Kart Black's tracks but it takes away hours of my time to upload them and then create wiki pages for them to which I also have to add them to the "List of Texture Hacked Tracks' page.
