I need help with this. BRRES viewer only export an OBJ and the texture so I can't import the textures, there is no mtl file. What do I do wrong? I have v1.3.1.

I can edit this page how to do it and upload the correct version of BRRES Viewer to Mediafire. I will do it tonight or tomorrow. If I havn't done it please send a message to me because then I have forgot it (but I will hopefully not forget it).

This tutorial is very outdated. You can use BrawlBox to export the MDL0 to DAE, which has vertex colors, then import it into 3ds Max.

How do you do that? I've never heard of that?

Simply right-click on the MDL0, click Export, and on the dropdown, select DAE.

Wow, how have I missed that!
I will still edit this page because some people maybe doesn't have 3ds Max and the paint tutorial is still left.

I have done it now. The only problem is that I couldn't import it into 3ds Max, I could only import it using FluidImporter OBJ Importer. Maybe we should make a page about how to do it in BrawlBox or write it on this page.
