Adding Announcement to News Template
I would like to add an announcement for an unreleased distribution to the News page. This is because the distribution, Community Controlled Collection, is dependent on people submitting tracks to the track wishlist, and I would like to bring attention to the pack. In addition, I will need help with the pack, so I would like to bring that aspect to attention too. --DryBowser; "Blue Loop is the Fisher Price: My First Loop Track of Loop Tracks."
