Rather then starting with some long rant about this track, I'll cut to the chase: [1] and [2]. It is quite obvious that the author of this track took the model from MarioKart64DS' version of N64 Rainbow Road for Mario Kart DS. As evidenced, the walls are strangely the same colour and the rainbow arch added by the author of the DS version is present. It appears as if the author of this track simply edited the texture to remove the purple segment on the road, and used models from GCN Rainbow Road in place of the 'faces' (The mapping on the components suggests that it was exported through the SZS Modifier and imported with Sketchup). Furthermore, no credits are given, an obvious indicator that the model in this track was used without permission from the original author.
