Today, I have installed a multi image uploader. Tock and I tested it and we think, it makes image uploads much easier. I hope it is not abused.

I believe that there should be a rule or limit to how many images, the size of each image, and the format of upload.

ReplaceText

I don't really know too much on extensions, but what about ReplaceText? It allows you to do a global search on a text string, and replace all instances of the string. It could be helpful for renamed users that need to replace all their edits/names.

Update to MediaWiki 1.23.1 and more

I plan to update the Wiki to v1.23.1. I have already done it in a test wiki and 2 extensions do not longer work. So the changes will be:

1. Update to MediaWiki 1.23.1
2. Remove the extensions "Ratings" and "EmbedVideo"
3. Install extension "Widgets"
4. Create Widget:YouTube
5. Edit Template:Youtube-box

ALL DONE!

Now I need a bot, that ...

• deletes all {{track rating}} calls from all messages.
• deletes all <Rating>...</Rating> tags with content from all messages.

I have no experience with wiki bots. So can anyone help?
