Loop collision flag

What KCL flag did you use for the loop and corkscrew, I'm making a rollercoaster CT that will have a loop. Thanks --HackerCop ❯❯❯ Talk 08:58, 27 December 2020 (UTC)

-- I'm pretty sure this version doesn't have the loop and corkscrew; you could try asking on the talk page for DS Rainbow Road (maczkopeti), which has the loop and corkscrew, but you probably won't get a response there as the author hasn't made an edit since December 2017. The Wine's CT Pack version download on this version has the loop and corkscrew but the other download doesn't and the course in that seems quite broken, noclip wouldn't preview it. I asked on the talk page of the maczkopeit version but he hasn't responded. I was actually able to guess what flags they used by viewing the KCL in Lorenzi's KMP Editor. It seems that the first and last part of the loop and corkscrew are boost ramp and the upside down part is invisible wall so I'll see if that works in my CT. Do you know any better way of reverse engineering what kcl flags people use as Lorenzi's KMP Editor doesn't give you very much info. Thanks --HackerCop ❯❯❯ Talk 14:36, 27 December 2020 (UTC)
You can decode the main collision file with Wiimms SZS Tools (wkclt DECODE <collision name>.kcl or wkclt DECODE <track name>.szs) and preview it within the 3D model program of your choice. As the material names are usually something like "cannon_1", use wkclt CFF <collision name>.kcl or wkclt CFF <track name>.szs to see what links with their respective collision flags. --KantoEpic (talk) 17:40, 27 December 2020 (UTC)
Thank you KantoEpic, will try it out! I knew wkclt DECODE but I couldn't get the KCL flags in the material names so wkclt CFF <collision name>.kcl is defiantly what I need, thank you --HackerCop ❯❯❯ Talk 20:40, 27 December 2020 (UTC)
