: At the bottom of this article is the Riivolution version link [http://www.chadsoft.co.uk/downloads/countdownbeta8.zip]. Admittedly, this is the beta 8 version rather than the final build, but Bean has not yet made a Riivo version of the final thing. If your pack does not use a GCT you can simply use this Riivo pack at the same time as your pack by extracting it to the SD card. If your pack does have a GCT, you will need to merge the GCT in the download with your one. Countdown also edits Race.szs so you may need to merge that change.

Offline Multiplayer

Well this was unexpected! O.o I have to ask though, since the Wii's servers will be shutting down (and I'm unsure of how progress is coming along on the back-up server project) will it be possible to play this mode in offline multiplayer? On the page it only makes reference to online single player, so does that just mean that it won't be compatible with 2 player online (i.e. player + guest) or that it won't be playable offline in any form? The picture on the page would suggest that it is playable offline in single player, but I was just wondering if offline split-screen will be supported. Hoping to see Bean uploading a video about this, along with progress on the back-up server situation if possible! -- WorldsBoss (talk) 13:23, 3 May 2014 (UTC)

For wiimms mkw server read this: http://www.mariokartwii.com/f72/mkwii-server-project-134892-5.html#post6038615 --Horsti12™ THE Clouddealer (talk) 13:29, 3 May 2014 (UTC)
To clarify it cannot be played offline at all. Only in online play without guests. I hadn't spotted the screenshot was from offline play; I'll try to find another picture at some point. Bean will be uploading a video soon.

Ah ok, Understood. Thanks for clearing that up, I look forward to the video :) -- WorldsBoss (talk) 17:11, 3 May 2014 (UTC)

Maybe implementing it offline (for noobs like me) is difficult. Maybe making an option in the channel to choose between ctgp and countdown and making it replace battle mode ?-Dswii3ds (talk) 20:07, 3 May 2014 (UTC)

Countdown Mode with my custom track pack

In my custom track pack you want to use the Countdown Mode. Could you tell me how to do? Please tell me in ac_8219 of Skype.

At the bottom of this article is the Riivolution version link [1].
