Overview

HelloImYourMind's 6th track, a long and weird desert that defies physics (floating roads, invisible roads, etc), Strobenz Desert was made with inspiration taken from mirages seen as a result of dehydration in a desert.

Version History

Version Date of release Information
Alpha 2011-12-19 Started.
v1.0 2011-12-29 First release.
v1.1 2012-07-14 HelloImYourMind asked Wiimm to fix several KMP issues. Wiimm decided to make a complete new KMP.
  • Complete new check points for all possible routes.
  • New respwan points.
  • Complete new enemy and item routes.
  • Unneeded objects removed.
  • Unneeded POTI routes removed.
  • Camera type 0 added.
v1.2 2012-07-26 Wiimm inserted an invisible fall boundary to avoid a short cut. It wasn't a real short cut, because it disabled the lap counting (good check points!)
v1.3 2013-10-09 Wiimm moved 2 respawn points and added 1 more.
v1.4 2013-12-07 Update by Wiimm, based on v1.3:
  • 1 respawn bug fixed.
  • Some check point quadrilaterals enlarged to cover the whole road.
v2.0 2014-05-22 Remodelled and redesigned. Perhaps not an improvement over the older version, but an evolution.
