SpongeBob Castle (N64 Bowser's Castle Texture) (Reedy94)

Overview

SpongeBob Castle is a texture hack originally made by Reedy94 in 2011, but remade in 2015 by FunX1337. The course is underwater, the road is yellow and has the words "SpongeBob Castle" written on its sides in dark red; the bushes are red too, and the grass is pink. The Bowser statue that shoots fire is replaced by a SpongeBob Thwomp, and the item boxes are yellow and have Squidward's face on them. As well, the red carpet is full of Patrick Star's pictures and the walls have a similar pattern to SpongeBob's house.

Remake by FunX1337

In the remake, the underwater effect is removed, the course has less textures, and the starting billboard has "OOOOOOHHHHHHH" written on it, along with a picture of the famous pirate.

An update to this remake was made two years later. The Bowser Statue was replaced with King Neptune, custom item boxes were added and the Thwomps were fixed, with some other improvements.
