Overview

Sandcastle Park is a custom track created by SpyKid. It is set on a beach with sandcastles and several Thwomps, crabs and oil slicks. The author started modeling the track in May 2011, but it was not until October 2011 that the mode was finally completed. At this point in time, he had no idea how to work with tools made for custom track creation, so he asked people on YouTube for help. wiimaster35000vr decided to help out with this track. The author then improved the model a little bit, and by December 2011, this track finally got released.

A model with pyramids and an underwater cave section was done the following year, but it was scrapped. Later, the author wanted to remake the track. He tried it with Blender, but he did not like the result. Finally, the next update was released in March 2014, based on the old course model.
