Overview
Twinkle Circuit 4 is one of the 6 racetracks avaliable in Sonic Adventure (for Dreamcast [1998], PC/GCN [2003] and PSN/XBLA [2010]), but it's only accessible using DLC content in the Dreamcast or in the other systems by hacking. It was ported to Mario Kart Wii by igorseabra4 and released in December 14, 2016 along with an initial release of the five other Twinkle Circuit tracks. It was given a beach/sea (Emerald Coast) theme to differentiate it from the other Twinkle Circuits.
