Overview
Roy Koopa is one of the Koopalings and rides all vehicles with Wario's animations.[1] He has perfect shaders, perfect normals, kart recolors, award scene, selection screen model, and icons. He currently does not have CPU models, multiplayer karts, and battle karts. Voices will be available soon.
