Overview
Rosalina (Halloween) is a separate incarnation of Rosalina that appears in Mario Kart Tour. She has perfect shaders, perfect normals, an award scene model, a selection screen model, icons, and CPU models. She also has a biker variant.

Trivia
The author originally wanted to release this character alongside his v2.0 update for King Boo (Luigi's Mansion) and his v1.0 versions of the Ghost Ride and Trickster karts as a brief return from retirement on Halloween 2019. Due to heavy work on King Boo (Luigi's Mansion), the release was delayed to 2020.
