Overview
Rainbow Neon Funky on Hovering Offroader is a character texture and model swap of Funky Kong on the Flame Runner created by TheN00b21. It consists of a rainbow-colored Funky Kong that rides the Offroader as a bike, which hovers. The author may plan to add more vehicles at a future date.
