Overview
Oceanic Raceway is the first custom track made by Jackal. It is pretty basic with many turns and a couple of shortcuts. The course is located in the middle of a large body of water.

- I couldn't get the animations to work properly on an actual Wii so I couldn't add them in this version and I'm not sure if I will. If anybody wants to try to add them, be my guest, I don't really mind.
