Overview
Ocean Kong is a texture hack by [[Graciie]. It goes over every vehicle and comes with Driver.szs and fk-allkart.szs. The driver.szs file has 2 custom character textures over Birdo & Diddy Kong. Graciie will fix this for v1.1
Credit to Mikeypr98, MKDestroyer and KaizoGT for the funky base texture, since Graciie wasn't able to get the original character files. As a result of this the 'R' logo is still there.
