Overview

Neo Blackout Road is a custom track created by Bulzeeb. It takes place in the darkness. This track was born by an idea of the author's friend and by Blackout Road. The track is divided into two floors, but they lead to the same street; the second floor is more hard due to the lack of walls, and the racers will go out. There are also some Chain Chomps, but the trick is to see the oil slicks.
