Overview

Neo Blackout Road is a custom track made by Bulzeeb that takes place into the darkness. This track is born by an idea of the author's friend and by the original Blackout Road. The track is divided into two floors, but afterall is always the same street (the second floor is more hard because there aren't walls and the racers will go out). There are also some Chain Chomps, but the trick is to see the oil spots into the road.
