This port features better textures, elements from N64 Mario Raceway (such as mushrooms), and a better model of Peach's Castle.

Testers were jimbo3390, LuigiM, Susannah, Vulcanus2 and Baoulettes.

v2.0	2012-08-31	New model by Baoulettes, slight KMP edits by LuigiM.
v2.1	2012-11-06	KMP edits by Wiimm: Inserted falling rocks from v1.* to increase gameplay difficulty. Automatically adjusted the height of item boxes, item and enemy points. Deleted one alternative enemy route (shortcut). Removed obsolete item boxes.
v2.1-easy	2014-04-27	Branch by YoshiFanX54321: Removed falling rocks. Cleaned KCL. This is not intended to replace v2.1 in any distribution.
v2.2	2017-01-14	Update by Wiimm based on v2.1: Optimized bridge entry: a player can enter the road until the fence begins. Rotated track to fix the Start Line Bug at the minimap on mirror mode.
v2.3	2017-07-20	Update by Sucht93a: Optimized meshes to reduce Slow Motion Bug on 2P splitscreen. Added mipmaps.
