Overview

Misty Ruins is a custom track made by Vulcanus2. It takes place in a Mushroom Gorge-like environment, but not as high up. In the middle is a lake where the ruins of an old castle are located. There are a lot of blind turns where the race route is not immediately obvious, however there are a lot of arrows placed around to help guide racers in the correct direction. Several cannons are used here in order to allow racers to make jumps that would ordinarily be too large to be possible − but they are not ideal and the second one especially was not intended in the original design process. The name of this the track was meant to represent the fog that lingers around the ruins, however many fans believe that the word "misty" is also used here to represent the mysterious nature of these ruins. Quite which castle this is a ruin of is unknown.

In v1.0, the Item Road KCL flag is used to allow Red Shells to cross the cannon.
