Overview

Mario Kart Cris 4 is a custom track distribution created by CrisDark64, which uses LE-CODE and Wiimmfi. It is the new version and successor of Mario Kart Cris 3.500 CT, adding more tracks (the total now being 672) and improving upon the predecessor. In this version, a speedometer has been added to the bottom right of the screen. As well, it uses the Item Spy cheat code that allows you to see what items the other racers have online.

Draggable Blue Shells	MrBean35000vr	Blue Shells can now be held behind you like Red Shells. They will explode on contact, but not hurt the player. They can be used to protect against other items being shot from behind, but if wheelie-bumped while holding a Blue Shell behind you it will fall away and disappear. Only one Blue Shell can exist at once, so even when it is held out behind you it will be impossible for anyone else to get one from an item box.
Mii Heads on Minimap	MrBean35000vr, Chadderz	When playing online/offline, character minimap icons will be replaced by the player's Mii head.
Rotate Triple Bananas	mdmwii, Bully	Triple Bananas will rotate in you like in Mario Kart 8.
Mega Cloud	JoshuaMK	When a Thunder Cloud strikes you, you will have a Mega Mushroom effect rather than shrinking.
Engine Class Modifier (150cc/Mirror)	Leseratte	Races will only start at 150cc or Mirror. 100cc is no longer available.
Ultimate License Unlocker	ULU	All licenses are unlocked when played for the first time.
Don't Lose VR When Disconnecting	Bully	You will not lose VR if an unexpected disconnection occurs when playing online.
Change Characters Between WFC Races	MrBean35000vr	When in online play, the player's character, vehicle and drift mode choice may be changed between races by pressing + on the Wii Remote (or Start on the GCN Controller) when on the VR screen. This simply takes the player back to the character select menu, and then returns them to the vote when they have reselected. If the time limit expires, the currently selected options are taken.
Speedometer	Chadderz	There is a speedometer in the lower right hand corner of the screen.
All Tracks in Time Trials (lecode.bin)	Leseratte	All custom tracks are activated in Time Trial mode.
Blue Shell Speed	mdmwii	Blue Shells can target against a player much faster.
Item Spy	Vega	An image on the bottom of the screen will show held items from other racers. This only works online.
