Overview

Luigi doesn't earn a lot of money doing the plumber. And most of his money are spent for his racing track, especially for lights. So he replaced them with neon lights, which are cheaper. This texture was uploaded on the SFP Server but, due to the shutdown, it isn't available anymore.
