Overview

Luigi's Island is a very old and simple track lacking in decoration. For the majority of the time, this track existed only on the SFP Server and in various Custom Track Distributions, but it has since been uploaded an individual SZS file. On the SFP Server the instructions for use from the track author state that the file should be patched to old_falls_ds.szs (DS Yoshi Falls) and replace water_course.szs (Koopa Cape). However in every CTGP update since it's release, this track has always replaced beginner_course.szs (Luigi Circuit) and used that track's music slot as well. In 2012, Wiimm has fixed some small bugs for item and enemy routes.

As of 2017-10-03, wiimi, Niko and ontonowitsch are planning a remake.

In 2019, ZPL Gaming did a full remake of this track with the up to date software.
