Overview

Kevin Minion is a Minion from the Despicable Me franchise, first appearing in the second film. He is a taller Minion with two eyes. Isatmplx made a custom character of him for Mario Kart Wii, where he goes over Toad on all vehicles and has icons, voice clips and a menu model.
