kartParam.bin Editor is a program developed by Atlas that allows the modification of vehicle statistics from Mario Kart Wii's kartParam.bin file.
Usage
Open or drag and drop the kartParam.bin file into the program, then change the values from each vehicle displayed at the tree view. You can also export and import sets of values for each vehicle in XML by right clicking the vehicle name.
