KMP Modifier is a program created by khacker35000vr that edits Mario Kart Wii's KMP files. It cannot edit everything in then, it actually just supports editing for what SZS Modifier's integrated KMP editor can't (namely adding more things to the file and editing sections). It was meant just to be a replacement for hex editing the file and a temporary editor before the new KMP editor from the CTools is released.
