Overview

Grumble Rock is a custom track created by JadenMKW. This track was created for the second edition of Whipinsnapper's Turbo Jam, where it placed seventh. As the theme was to create a rock track using less than 1000 triangles, the author decided to make a track similar to the Ultra Shortcut rock from Grumble Volcano, naming it appropriately. As the rocks themselves are objects and are therefore not part of the course model, the track was deemed legal. The course model itself was replaced with a solid plane of lava, and as the original Grumble Volcano checkpoints were also approved, it allowed for a functional track where the Ultra Shortcut is required. Although the track was originally intended to be a joke, the author had a fun time trying to complete the eight laps of the track before the rock starts sinking after 70 seconds. He challenges other players to do the same.
