GrayL Circuit (Luigi Circuit Texture)

Overview

This is based on Mikeypr98's texture hack of Luigi, GrayL on Mach Bike.

v1 contains a KCL edit, so this may not be safe for Online racing.

Mikeypr98 mostly made the KCL edit for fun! Mikeypr98 just thought it would be cool, but he will be taking it out for the next version of this texture hack.
