Overview

GBA Cheep-Cheep Island is a retro track from Mario Kart: Super Circuit. This version of the track stays true to original and adds many new elements to bring the track up to modern standards. The tracks includes the giant Cheep Cheeps, background lighthouse and islands, crabs, seagulls, and palm trees. New additions include a sunset theme, Cheep Cheeps swimming below the track, and a three-dimensional sand section on the edges of the islands.

The shortcut is still present in the track; however, to accommodate for the amount of time the shortcut saves, a crab was added in between it to increase difficulty. The shortcut can be done with one mushroom on 150cc, and with two on 100cc.
