DTools (short for Distribution Tools) is a series of tools to create a CTGP Code.

Programs
DTools have a series of tools for creating a CTGP Code with features. Have a Library (.dll). Requires install Wiimm's SZS Tools.
CTGP Editor
Create a CTGP Code (.txt) and generate automatic code with 8 tracks (of course, you can add more). This also can create the Strap.szs in USA, EUR and JPN regions + CTGP CODE replace.
Points Modifier
Create and manage points of VS Race for 12th player + debug the bat file create, plays automatically.
Patch Tool
Is a console application to patch main.dol and StaticR.rel respectively using wstrt.
Region Tool
Add region number to StaticR.rel. After this, use the Patch Tool.
