Overview
Cyan Koopa Troopa is a character texture made by RotationRex. The author wanted to remake the texture that he originally created for Mario Kart 8 to use in Mario Kart Wii, so he ended up making this texture as a result. Currently, there are only textures supported for the Blue Falcon and Bullet Bike, but the author plans to update the texture for more vehicles at a later point.
