You must have [[Wiimms ISO Tools]] installed before running the ISO Patcher. The ISO Patcher likely only works for Windows, but may work for other systems, using a program like Wine. To start the process, extract the archive, and run the batch file in the CLCTP ISO Patcher folder/directory. The batch file will guide you through the process, but it goes like this: Extract the base, and then the update, both found in the downloads section on this page, to the ISO Patcher folder/directory. '''Be sure to let the extraction replace files when you install the update!''' Next, put your Mario Kart Wii ISO/WBFS in the CLCTP ISO Patcher folder/directory. After that, enter the region of the ISO/WBFS in the installer. At this point, you can select the game mode. Finally, you have to set the patching mode. 1 is usually for an unmodified ISO/WBFS, and 2 is usually for a modified one. If the mode you chose doesn't work, try the other one. The rest of the patching is done by the ISO Patcher. If the program prompts you to select if it's extracting to a file or a directory, always choose directory. When the patching is done, a WBFS patched with Cuberluigi CT Pack will appear in the CLCTP ISO Patcher folder/directory. You can now run this on Dolphin, or transfer to your drive that is used for a USB Loader, preferably using Wii Backup Manager. Just don't try to burn it to a disc, for that isn't a good idea, and it likely requires a dual-layer disc.

WARNING!
Watch out for items in your My Stuff folder (if it's enabled), as this distribution does feature modified UI and Common.szs. If you find those types of files in your My Stuff folder, remove the files, disable My Stuff entirely, or copy files from the My Stuff folder that are not the types of files specified into the distribution's My Stuff folder, and enable that folder in Riivolution. If you really know what you are doing, you can patch your Common.szs to work for Cuberluigi CT Pack, but since the vehicle stats will be changed more often now, the tutorial is not available.

Overview

Cuberluigi CT Pack is a custom track distribution created by CuberHax and Ιυιgι. It has the most custom tracks ever used in a distribution so far. Nintendo tracks were available since Beta 6. There are many track variants. It uses LE-CODE, vehicle stat modifications and it has the Countdown, Item Rain, Random Items, Bob-omb Blast, Mushroom Dash, Double Framerate, and Time Trials Online game modes, as well as (friend room only) combinations of those modes.

You can find a spreadsheet of the vehicle modifications here.

When updating from a Beta build to RC1 and onward, users must download the base and update again, with the base still being installed first, then the update. Updates for versions newer than RC1 have to be installed to a version that is RC1 or newer.

Some of the author's notes and a small FAQ (important to read)

Installation

Riivolution

When you install the distribution, first install the base and then the update. To install, extract the zip file to the root of your SD Card/USB. If you already have the base, you can install any update, even if the base was already updated. Be sure to let the extraction replace files when you install updates! You do not need to install any previous updates before updating the distribution. There is an installation tutorial video found in Media.

Dolphin or USB Loader

Redownload the ISO patcher whenever you patch again for an update, for the ISO patcher may be updated to handle certain new updates. You must have Wiimms ISO Tools installed before running the ISO Patcher. Be sure to let the extraction replace files when you install the update! Next, put your Mario Kart Wii ISO/WBFS in the CLCTP ISO Patcher folder/directory.

Special Features

Below are listed special features that are included in this distribution:

Game Features
Feature Author Information
Automatic BRSAR Patching Chadderz An option that automatically patches the revo_kart.brsar for custom music. Disable if you already have the file in an enabled My Stuff folder.
Bob-omb Blast CuberHax A mode that changes the item probabilites to always give Bob-ombs. Mushrooms will be given instead if there are too many Bob-ombs in play.
Countdown Mode MrBean35000vr, Chadderz Countdown Mode has been added as a replacement for battles in single player online play.
Crazy Items MrBean35000vr, Chadderz, CuberHax A mode that combines Item Rain and Random Items.
Custom Menu System Chadderz This distribution makes use of custom menus to load custom course slots. The cup selection menu is modified with two buttons featuring arrows to the left and right of the main cups. When selected, these buttons cause the current on-screen cup buttons to be replaced with other cups, including custom cups, creating a scrolling menu system. All custom tracks are stored inside custom cups.
Custom Server Support Wiimm and Leseratte Support to play on a custom MKW server has been added as a replacement to Nintendo WFC.
Change Characters Between Wi-Fi Races MrBean35000vr When in online play, the player's character, vehicle and drift mode choice may be changed between races by pressing + on the Wii Remote (or Start on the GCN Controller) when on the VR screen. This simply takes the player back to the character select menu, and then returns them to the vote when they have reselected. If the time limit expires, the currently selected options are taken.
Double Framerate MrBean35000vr A mode that tricks the game into running at 120 FPS, or two times the normal speed.
Exception Handler Star, Riidefi This code will display exception information on the television screen when an exception occurs. After the console is finished scrolling, you will be returned to the Wii System Menu.
Item Rain MrBean35000vr, Chadderz Item Rain is a custom game mode created by MrBean35000vr and Chadderz. In this mode items fall randomly from the sky to disrupt the players during a race or battle.
LE-CODE Leseratte This distribution uses the LE-CODE game extension developed by Leseratte.
Max Lap Count Modifier Geeh and MrEvil A track can have anywhere between 1 and 8 laps.
Mega Cloud JoshuaMK Thunder Clouds will give a Mega Mushroom effect instead of a Lightning effect. Due to Replace TCs with Mushrooms, this only takes effect in Random Items game modes.
Mii Heads on Minimap JoshuaMK The player's Mii head will appear on the minimap instead of their character's icon, excluding CPUs.
Mushroom Dash CuberHax A mode that changes the item probabilities to always give Mushroom items.
Music Only My Stuff Folder Unknown (found in SRCP, probably sadai) A type of My Stuff folder that only uses the music files that may be put in the CTGP Revolution My Stuff folder.
My Stuff Folder MrBean35000vr, Chadderz Allows users to replace certain files with their own, allowing for custom textures, among other things. This distribution has its own My Stuff folder, along with the option for the CTGP Revolution, old CTGP, vX MKW Hack Pack, SRCP, and Cuber's Hack Pack My Stuff folders.
Race Count Modifier JoshuaMK Makes every amount of races from 1 to 32 selectable in VS Mode rules.
Random Items CuberHax An option that makes all items have an (almost) equal chance of appearing on the item roulette in any position.
Replace TCs with Mushrooms CuberHax The probability for Thunder Clouds has been replaced with Mushrooms. This does not affect Random Items.
Save game on SD Card MrBean35000vr, Chadderz Allows users to save their game on their SD Card, rather than the Wii's NAND.
Speed Modifier! MrBean35000vr Tracks have a speed modifier applied (e.g. 2× speed) which causes all parts of the game's physics to move at the increased speed (including vehicles, items and boosts).
Time Trials Online Melg TTs Online is a custom game mode, following ideas by SwordofSeals and NMeade. The concept is to recreate the Time Trial experience online. You start races at the Time Trial position, with Triple Mushrooms. Collision and slipstreams are disabled.
