Overview
Blizzard Boardwalk is a texture hack of SNES Ghost Valley 2 created by CatMatthewWii. It was created for the second edition of his Texture Hack Competition, where it placed first. Winter Circuit 2, another texture hack by the author for the competition, can be seen underneath this track.
