Overview
This is a Baby Mario texture that was requested from someone at the creator/designer's texture shop. He wears the fire suit from his older self after having used the Fire Flower, except he wanted some style, so he went with a blue hat instead of the traditional white hat that comes along with the Fire Flower suit. Baby Blue Hat Mario comes with every kart & bike textured to his needs. He is most likely also cheering on for France, considering the color scheme is the country's national colors, as well.
