BREFF Editor is a tool created by Atlas that allows the modification of Wii BREFF files. You can change all the particle colors of each effect, their scale and their width and height.
Usage
Open or drag and drop a BREFF file into the program. Then, select the effects you want to edit and modify the colors by clicking the color box or by changing the hexadecimal value. You can also preview them with or without alpha, and you can also modify the alpha value separately. There are also text boxes with values to edit the scale, height and weight of the particle. Remember to press the "Save Subfile" button after editing each effect and then save the file after you're done editing all sub-files.
Note: you can also extract each effect by right clicking their names in the tree view.
