Overview

Aquadrom Stage is a custom track created by SpyKid. It takes place in a giant water park with various paths to take, with some paths being there just for exploration and world-building, to make the track feel alive. This is one of the earlier tracks to feature underwater driving, and also noted as one of the author's signature tracks, due to its popularity in the early days. The track has received a notable amount of redesigns.

After a lot of critique about the balancing of the track, the author started working on a remake in 2015, where Sniki assisted in technical stuff. This update introduced new water slides, new decoration, such as beach chairs and trees, along with gameplay changes and attempts for more balanced gameplay. However, after this remake's addition to CTGP Revolution, the popularity of the track has gone down massively, and the community asked for the reversion of some changes. In 2023, SpyKid decided to overhaul the track again because of this. The goal was to combine the most popular features from v2.7 and v3.3, to create a definitive version of the track.

In v4.0, a new big water slide in the style of a tube was be added, replacing the old slides – this was something the author always attempted to do since the beginning of the track, but he never got this water slide to play or look how he desired up until this version. This update also makes the track feel more lively, adding objects and scenery that focuses more on the water park theme, along with adding billboards and a shadow map.
